Project Overview

Myronivka is a community recovery programme in Kyiv Region, Ukraine, presented in the KANTON Alliance portfolio together with ReFrame Group and the Myronivka community. On a 13-hectare site it plans 195 modern homes for around 700 residents, with a complete neighbourhood around them: social infrastructure, local services, green public space, and solar and backup power for energy resilience.

The project is designed as a pilot that can be replicated in other Ukrainian communities. According to the initiators, geodetic and geological surveys are complete, urban planning conditions and technical specifications are prepared, and about 60% of the design and cost-estimate documentation is done. More than 250 jobs are expected. Strategic partners named by the initiators include MHP, the Kyiv Regional State Administration and the Ministry for Development of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure of Ukraine.
