Hvozdiv Village is a multi-sector development in Kyiv Region, about 24 km from Kyiv, combining agricultural production, industrial facilities and social infrastructure to create jobs and long-term economic opportunities. The 118-hectare site includes 68.7 hectares for residential development with about 258,233 m² of residential buildings, out of a total construction area of about 412,705 m².
Key components are residential development, the existing “Liga-Agro” greenhouse agro-complex, an industrial park, social infrastructure, and utilities and engineering networks. The project materials estimate total investment at €23.4 million, of which €21.1 million is required funding, with 480–1,400 potential jobs and an implementation period of three to five years. The consolidated portfolio summary lists €93.6 million for a first phase; the figures are being reconciled before they are published as confirmed values.
