U-Space is a multi-sector platform in Kyiv Region, about 24 km from Kyiv, for industry, agriculture and social infrastructure that combines existing assets with new development opportunities. The planned 45-hectare platform is split into a 23-hectare agricultural park, a 12-hectare industrial park and a 10-hectare social and residential cluster, on a privately held land base of 47.3 hectares.
Existing assets include the “Liga-Agro” greenhouse farm, an operating prefabricated frame factory, a 1.5–3 MW substation and an onsite water supply of 2,150 m³ per day. Development opportunities cover greenhouses and agricultural production, agri-processing and the food industry, renewable energy, modular housing, and a training centre with social infrastructure. Total project CAPEX has not been disclosed; further details are available on request and subject to due diligence.
