Vyzyrka is a community recovery and Agro Smart Village project in Odesa Region, Ukraine, near the TIS port on the Black Sea coast. It is designed for internally displaced people and local residents, combining affordable housing, community services, commercial facilities and a greenhouse agro-complex within one development model implemented as a public-private partnership.
Phase one comprises 10 social housing buildings, 10 commercial buildings, 4 dormitories, 2 co-living facilities and an administrative building, together with preparation of the greenhouse agro-complex. At full implementation the 10-hectare settlement is planned for about 1,000 residents. The partners named by the initiators are the Vyzyrka Community, which allocated the land, the relocating Soledar Community, the Volunteer Community of Kramatorsk, author of the national initiative “Agro-Town for IDPs”, and ReFrame Group as project developer.
