Kriukivshchyna Village, marketed as “Lagon Village”, is a residential community in Kyiv Region, about 20 km from Kyiv. According to the project materials, the land plot is secured, 15 houses with an average area of 245 m² have been built, electricity, gas, water and sewerage are connected, a guest house has been reconstructed and project management is in place. The total saleable area is 2.54 hectares within a 3-hectare site, with a first phase of 1.5 hectares.
The project targets demand for high-quality housing close to Kyiv and is presented as a scalable community model. The total investment cost of about €3.51 million, reported as already invested, and the implementation period of 12–30 months are subject to confirmation: the consolidated portfolio summary lists a different first phase (10 houses, €3.12 million), and the figures are being reconciled.
